Drop Shadow 2,2,40,5 black

 

Canvas size 700 by 700

Reduce tube by 45% apply a vivid filter( my PSP X2 is not working I am using PSP 2023 to write this tut. So whatever filter you can find to make the tube colors vivid use that)

Duplicate the tube and use multiply on the top tube then merge

Reduce the elements as follows:

Some elements have been duplicated flipped and rotated to make this tag

​

23%- el 38 duplicate and flipped( place paper 8 inside both frames)

25%- el 1, el 18, el 34

el 23 flipped duplicate and reduce by 75%

30%- el 9 ,el 31

34%- el 3 duplicate and place around tag

35% el 15 duplicated and placed around the tag

40%-

el 13

el14 duplicated and placed around the tag

el16 Duplicate 2 times. 1 is flipped and the other is for the small cluster on the left

45% take el 29 and rotate 90 degrees to the left then select all and copy/paste el 28 into selections

el 36(the frame)Place paper 4 inside the frame

50%- el 7, el 10, el 34, el 27

Place el 26 to the right and place the enlarged tube over it and change the blend to overlay. Select the element , select all ,invert and hit delete on the tube layer.

 Duplicate el 26 flip and move up to the left. Duplicate again reduce by 50% and move down for the small cluster. Add the name to the ribbon 

 Tube treatment:

What I do is place the tube on top of the frame and start erasing the legs up to the elbows and arms. Than I move the tube above the paper layer and shift the tube to my desired location . Then I drop shadow it and freehand select the bits I want hanging out of the frame then promote it moving it above the fame layer.
